In all honesty, I’m a genuine powder puff around my fam. I’m also quiet and loyal, and I prefer to keep my kennel very tidy. There are a lot of things shelter dogs want you to know, but the most important is that we want to have a second chance at happiness. I was brought in as a stray, and no one claimed me, but I don’t have any known medical or behavioral issues. When it comes to family life, I get along with most dogs and am most comfortable around kiddos 5 years and older. It’s amazing when you see a dog come through the trauma of being neglected, to becoming the happy loving dog they are all meant to be.
Take me home, and I guarantee I’m going to turn some heads when we walk down the street. My salt-and-pepper scruff is all the rage right now. Well, as Newton’s first law of motion states, a body in motion will remain in motion, and that’s my philosophy. I’ll take fun activities in the backyard over sofa time any day. We could do lots of stuff together to keep our bodies in tip-top shape. Instead of barking orders at you, I’ll lick your face to keep you motivated.

I’m fun-loving and playful, and human companionship is my fave. Dogs aren’t as appealing to me, but I’m working on being more open. I got to know the dog next door, and he’s pretty cool. I’m a well-behaved girl, so when my humans go to work, I get to stay in the den. They’ve come up with lots of fun things to keep me busy, and I do great on my own.

Look at this little munchkin – her name is CRUMPET she is a frug we think – Frenchie cross Pug – but she is very sweet full of beans and just wants to have a home of her own. She was part of a large rescue we did from a horrible breeder poor little cow – she has had a rubbish life but we have promised that it will all now change. Do you think you have a place for Loca on the sofa - she is such a sweet natured girl and she is just asking for a loving home please. Sadly, Tonto must leave the only home he has known since he was two days old. He shares the home with two small breed girls who are much older, and his present owner. Meet the very adorable Conan – he is only a young boy – around 7m old – surrendered to rescue as he was not sold well that’s their loss and our gain – what a cutie pie he is. Dino needs an understanding adult only home where he is the only pet. Buster is a lovely boy but can be a little timid when he first meets you. He is finding kennels very stressful so is desperate for a new loving home. Buster is looking for an one to one male adult home only with no other pets. Buster has no manners and likes to do what he wants so will need a lot of training.
A fenced backyard where I can hang out and run around safely is a must, and human roommates 10 years and up would be best, because I’m not always aware of my size. Since I’m part Belgian Malinois, I’m a fantastic jumper. But unless you want me scaling your fence, you’re going to want to make sure it’s at least 6 feet high. That’ll give me room to run and jump without going over the fence. There are some really cool videos online of dogs like me climbing very tall fences, so I will need supervision! Living with little kids or cats wouldn’t be a good idea because of my rambunctious energy, but I might be up for a doggy sibling.
We want to see her pretty much lathered and smothered in all that she’s been missing out on since life changed for her owner. She’s beyond deserving, and it’s killing us to think of her in that crate for so many hours. She’s never met another boxer but she’s been ok meeting other male dogs. If we place her with a male, her family needs to be savvy, understand proper intros, and be ok with an adjustment period, however long that might be.
It is a possiblity that you need to sign the form to surrendar the dog, then the rescue group can pick up the dog from your mother. Bodin is a lovely big boy with a big character and like a typical Malamute he loves the sound of his own voice. He loves company and a fuss but very much on his own terms. He loves to lay in the sun and run through water to cool himself down.
Your best bet is getting him neutered and getting him to a boxer rescue. Did you ever find a new home for your boxer. I am so sorry that you have to part wtih him. I know how that feels to part with a dog that is a great dog. I had topart with mine last year, he got sick all of a sudden at 6 years old. It was a shock to my family and he was like my son.
